common interface assignment plugin added to assign services/providers/caids to common interface modules
new option "High bitrate supports" to normal CI setup added. This must be enabled to descramble high bitrate transponders like 30000 8PSK 3/4 on 0.8W with CI Modules.
no more show the mediaplayer gui after skipping with number keys
