First you have to make sure that you read the and watch everything before you start and the most important is to not mix the files (for SOLO and DUO ).
Here is the simple steps to flash your Vu+ Duo box.In "duo1.avi " are the steps what you need to flash.
It shows also uploading of BIG image to the box (putty console) .
In the second video "duo2.avi" is the putty console with the booting of the BIG image (I use the hdfreaks_vuplus_v5_04032012 ~70Mb ).
Few tips : NOT all the USB pen drives are working with the Vu boxes.
If it doesnt start loading the files (uploading/flashing ) the "*.bin" files swap the power cord like on the picture here .
In the update_DUO.zip you will find everything what you need.In the folder "DUOBOOT" there is the software "UpdateAllFlash.exe and duoboot.bin " which you can use it in case that you got a RED Light or you want to start from scratch .
