After the long TEST with openATV 4.0 now comes openATV 4.1

Major updates are in the build environment of openATV 4.1 we moved to the new open Alliance Build 2.2

* Bitbake 1.23.1
* OE-Core May 2014
* Speed Up build up to 40%
* over 500 Updates in Linux Tools
* first-ever use of a mysql DB for the build
* Improve the quality of the build and better error monitoring
* Automatic detection of updates in the source and automatic rebuild of the dependencies in the build tree
and much more !

This image is a 100% build from OpenATV source code.
You can safely use the online update function, I tricked the driver date 100 years in the future so the present (and working) drivers are not overwritten during update.
I added the secret-feed (softcams) and changed the default language to US. It's a 100% clean image !

Please note: The image is still under development, so don't expect everything to work.

I recommend to do no online updates at the moment

Note1: You can get a MetrixWeather ID for your location here: MetrixWeather
Just edit the line 'config.plugins.MetrixWeather.woeid=640161' and remove all other config.plugins.MetrixWeather.x lines in your /etc/enigma2/settings file.
Before you start editing give a init 4 (enigma2 stops), edit above file and give a init 3 (enigma2 starts).

Note2: OpenATV uses a different remote keymap, you can change the mappings using: Menu - Setup - System - Button setup

Note3: Softcams are installable via 'blue button' - softcam - download softcams

Note4: The default location for CCcam.cfg is in /usr/keys/CCcam.cfg !

It looks like all modules on the box get a update (also the secondstage, hence the no ca found), this is not desired

I recommend to do no online updates at the moment, also it's of no use because this image is a fresh build from the openatv source code.
Just a reminder, OpenATV4.1 is a test release for now !

Something is wrong with the package names, it does the following (example):
Downloading http://feeds.mynonpublic.com/4.1/dm8...0_mips32el.ipk.
Upgrading modutils-loadscript from 2-r0 to 2-r0.0 on root

All package names in my build end with something like r0, in the feed it's r0.0, that's why all are updated during the online update process.
