Merlin3:
- Fix: no need to ask for timer type when removing timer
- New: adjust date when changing start time via vol +/-
- Timer type: don't offer AutoTimer when not installed / don't use AutoTimer when not installed anymore
- Translations (de/fr): remove '(Single EPG)'
- update translations for enigma2 (thx to blu8)
- PiconCleaner: fix copy&paste error
- Picons: enable Picons for rtp streams
- PiconCleaner: Add directories for 400x170 picons
