Setting the password of your gigablue box.
Locate the program “putty” open it. The program needs to look like this.
Ver anexo 97210
The host name should be the same as your boxes ip. You need to get this from the setting in your box.
The Telnet button needs ticking. This is the language the program talks to your box.
The black box opens and shows this

Giga login:
At the Giga login prompt type root
This will show this
root@Giga:~#
to add a password ( you need a password to keep other people out of your box) type passwd
this will show you this
Changing password for root
New password:
Enter your new password it will ask twice once you enter this the box is safe to move on adding other things like emulation. (ie cccam or oscam.)
