azbox elite booting eterno jtag

Olá

após fazer muitos testes com o cabo jtag de várias formas, tenho esta situação também e já não sei que mais fazer. portanto comunica mas não executa os comandos.
Retirei inclusive fisicamente a flash por outra e o resultado é exactamente o mesmo. Terá de ser carregado por JTAG penso eu ou adaptador tsop48 mas não percebo o que se passa para não estar a funcionar.
Se alguém tiver ideias fico muito grato pois já li todos os manuais, vi todos os videos e parece-me que estou perto da solução mas não consigo compreender o que está mal.
