Second, the SOLOVOX technical team immediately communicated with the solution provider after receiving customer feedback. And confirm that the following series of products cannot solve the image decoding problem through software upgrade due to the outdated CPU version. These products including F series (F3, F3S, F4, F4S, F5, F5S), A series (A3, A4), and S series (S10, S11, S12). It is recommended that the affected customers replace with newer products such as V6S and V9S.

Third, some products of S V6, S V8 and V8S provided by SKYBOX have this problem, which is found in products produced before May 2016. Since there is a lot of piracy and clone in the market, and all the pirates began to copy the SKYBOX software before 2016, all piracy have thus this problem.

Fourth, through communication, we asked the solution provider to solve the problem of S V6, S V8, V8S and later. The solution provider found the method to solve the problem after a struggle. And because the method can be also applied to pirated products, it is required to carry out the Genuine License.
