O Wolverhampton venceu na deslocação ao reduto do Arsenal (2-1), em jogo a contar para a 10.ª jornada da Premier League. Rui Patrício, Nélson Semedo, João Moutinho, Pedro Neto e Podence foram titulares na equipa de Nuno Espírito Santo, com Rúben Neves e Fábio Silva a saírem do banco.

E acabou mesmo por ser uma dupla portuguesa a decidir a partida. Pedro Neto (27’) inaugurou o marcador, com Gabriel (30’) a empatar para o Arsenal. TOTTENHAM DE MOURINHO CAI NO FIM EM ANFIELD DIANTE DO LIVERPOOL

O Liverpool venceu o Tottenham por 2-1 em Anfield, em jogo da 13.ª jornada da Premier League inglesa.

Os Reds começaram melhor, empurrando a equipa de José Mourinho para perto da sua área, e chegaram ao primeiro golo aos 26 minutos. Curtis Jones tentou forçar a entrada na área e a bola sobrou para Salah rematar de pronto, com o pé esquerdo. O remate ainda desviou em Alderweireld e entrou junto ao ângulo superior esquerdo da baliza de Lloris, que ficou sem qualquer hipótese de defesa.

A vantagem durou apenas sete minutos. Heung-Min Son iludiu a atenção dos centrais e, no limite do fora de jogo, beneficiou de um excelente passe de Lo Celso para se isolar e bater Alisson Becker.

O segundo tempo foi mais dividido, com oportunidades mais divididas entre os dois primeiros da tabela geral no início da jornada. Harry Kane começou a entrar mais no jogo da sua equipa e Bergwjin teve oportunidade solene, aos 63 minutos, quando isolado atirou ao poste. Pouco depois, foi Kane também a falhar por pouco.

A partir daí, o Liverpool voltou a carregar e chegou ao golo da vitória em cima dos 90 minutos, com Firmino a cabecear para as redes depois de um pontapé de canto marcado por Robertson.

Diogo Jota, lesionado, não foi opção para Jurgen Klopp, tal como Gedson para José Mourinho.

Liverpool isola-se na frente com 28 pontos, mais três do que o Tottenham e mais quatro do que Southampton e Leicester.
