British adult star Bonnie Blue, real name Tia Billinger, was arrested in Bali after police raided her studio following a tip-off, with legal experts now theorising as to her fate

Adult star Bonnie Blue might be facing up to 12 years in prison after she was arrested in Bali. The controversial model may also be kept in a “hell-hole” jail until early next year, experts have theorised.

Bonnie, 26, was last week arrested alongside 17 male tourists between 19 and 40 years old for allegedly creating risque material as part of her Bang Bus tour. Indonesian immigration expert Philo Dellano said Bonnie – real name Tia Billinger – will likely be banned and deported from the country if she found guilty.

Dellano told News.com.au: “She is being detained by the police, which means they can proceed to prosecute her. But in my opinion, if there is an ‘invisible hand’ that requests that she be deported, she can be transferred to the nearest immigration office, from where she will be deported from Indonesia.”

Dellano added due to the nature of the adult content industry, it may not be “straightforward” to prosecute her in Indonesia.

The immigration expert said: “Because if something bad happened, as it has, she could be deported easily. But now that it’s all over the media, the authorities might decide to first let the situation calm down and release her in January or February next year.”

According to Indonesia’s Pornography Act (2008), Bonnie’s alleged crime carries a maximum jail sentence of 12 years with the creator also facing a possible fine of up to £280k.

Bonnie reportedly hired a van in Bali to film her material with "barely legal" men, specifically targeting young male holidaymakers through her Bang Bus venture.

The 14 young Aussie blokes the police nabbed alongside the adult star have now been let go without charge, leaving custody earlier this week with their t-shirts pulled over their faces to hide their disgrace.

Bonnie reportedly hired a van in Bali to film her material with "barely legal" men, specifically targeting young male holidaymakers through her Bang Bus venture.

Upon arriving at the holiday destination, she declared on social media: "Hey boys, those that are going to Schoolies and to those who are barely legal, cannot wait to meet you and I'm in Bali, so you know exactly what that means."

She was also captured on camera cruising around and partying in nightclubs with young men.

However, officers raided her studio following a tip-off from a worried member of the public. Police discovered cameras, condoms, lubricant, ink necklaces, flash drives, and two packets of Viagra tablets – some already consumed – at her accommodation in Badung.
