"Customs fee" when importing from China

Hello! Norwegian guy living in Portugal Does anyone of you guys know how much the customs fee is when importing goods from China? In Norway the rule is that everything above 20 euros is X% Is it the same here or different?

Yes. It's the same rule in Portugal. Imported goods over 30 Euros, if stucked in customs, must pay IVA and another kind of tax.
