Femme fatale severed cheating lover's 'vital' organ for buying a motorbike for his wife

A vengeful woman told police she felt 'finally satisfied' after severing her unfaithful lover's penis during their intimate encounter. Jilted lover Windi Sintia, 28, is said to have plotted the attack for a week, incensed that Karsilan Utami, 32, had splashed out on a new motorbike for his wife.
She lured the adulterous husband to a hotel in Lampung, Indonesia, where he discovered her clad in black lingerie on October 19. However, half an hour into their rendezvous, Windi allegedly snatched a box cutter from her bag beside the bed and sliced off his still-engorged member.
Karsilan let out a blood-curdling scream as blood spurted from his private parts, and he dashed naked into the street. Stunned neighbours rushed to aid the injured man.
Emergency services whisked him to hospital while police apprehended Windi, who was still smeared with his blood. Officials stated that Windi could face up to seven years behind bars for premeditated assault under Articles 351 and 353 of the Indonesian Criminal Code.
Despite her looming jail term, she chillingly confessed during questioning that she felt 'satisfied' after exacting her revenge. At a press conference at the Bandar Lampung Police Headquarters on October 22, she admitted: 'I felt a little regret for what I did, but mostly satisfaction. I am finally satisfied.
"Because of this man, I was angry, disappointed, and heartbroken. While I was with him, he often hurt and lied to me. He was with many other women and even after getting married, he still came to me.'Our relationship was like husband and wife. But he kept lying and cheating. I was angry and disappointed."
The single mum revealed she had been involved with Karsilan since 2019, and continued as his mistress even after he wed another woman in 2023.
She alleged that her motivation for the horrific knife attack was his ongoing infidelity. She confessed: "I bought the knife myself. It was spontaneous. I just did it so he wouldn't mess around with other women again."
Kompol Martono, head of the Panjang Police, stated that Windi's jealousy escalated when she discovered Karsilan had purchased a new motorbike for his wife.
The police chief reported: "The perpetrator had been preparing a knife for a week before the attack. The motive is because of heartache, the victim, who has been in a relationship since 2019, actually married another woman."
Unfaithful husband Karsilan was recuperating at the Abdoel Moeloek Regional Hospital in Lampung, where surgeons successfully reattached his penis.
This incident follows a similar case from West Jakarta on October 21, where a jealous wife was arrested for allegedly severing her husband's penis after finding flirtatious messages with other women on his phone.
Hanifah, 33, assaulted Nugraha, 35, with a box cutter as he slept, following his rejection of her advances. After enduring 23 days in critical condition at the hospital, the husband tragically passed away.
The police have stated that Hanifah could now face up to nine years behind bars for aggravated assault.
