Simon Charles Dorante-Day has long claimed that he is the secret son of King Charles, and has now demanded a 'four-way paternity test' to solve the chaos once and for all

A man adamant he is the secret son of King Charles and Camilla has issued a new statement. The King and Queen arrive in Australia on Friday for the first time since ascending to the throne.

British-born Simon Charles Dorante-Day who lives in Australia thinks he is the illegitimate son of Charles and Queen Camilla and has spoken out again ahead of their arrival Down Under. Mr Dorante-Day previously claimed his adoptive mother, who used to work for Queen Elizabeth II, told him he was Charles and Camilla's son on her deathbed.

He was adopted when he was about eight-months-old in 1966 in Portsmouth – Charles would have been 17 and Camilla 18 at the time.

Unsurprisingly, he has received radio silence from the Royal Family over the years, having made repeated requests for DNA tests. But that hasn't stopped him trying to prove his royal heritage.

In light of Charles and Camilla's tour, Simon updated his 29,000 Facebook followers on Thursday, revealing he and his family have been the subject of abuse and threats. He claims the authorities have not done enough to support them against such harassment.

Simon wrote: "Hi Everyone,

"I have been busy for the past few weeks working on a case against the Queensland Police Service for their continued breach of duty, which was filed in the Queensland Supreme Court on Monday.

"As a family not only have, we had to deal with the public awareness of my adoption issue, but we have also had to deal with the abuse, harassment, threats and menacing of certain sections of society. For nearly four years now we’ve been forced to endure this treatment and its long overdue that it is legally addressed."

Having got no closer to proving his royal claims, Simon continued: "The primary focus of this case can be centrally framed around one thing, the rights of the adopted person, the adoptee.

"These rights, legislatively established at the original adoption of the child, exist throughout the lifespan of the adoptee, and are primarily focused on the “best interests and welfare of” the adoptee. It is apparent these rights are transparent to the QPS and that they are not upholding firstly, their duty of care to my family and I, and secondly, my human rights under the Queensland Human Rights Act."

In the same post, Simon shared an 11 minute news video documenting his claims.

He added: "I was re-watching this video by 7 News last night and, given that they are both arriving tomorrow evening, I thought it would be quite appropriate to remind everyone of some of the issues.

"I’m right, why hide the real date of when they first met? Unless there’s a reason!"

The Daily Star has contacted Buckingham Palace for a comment.
