Devastated players collapsed on the pitch after learning their manager had died after suffering a heart attack during a match in Serbia.
Mladen Zizovic, 44, tragically died mid-game after leading his Radnicki 1923 team out to play Mladost on Sunday evening. The Serbian top-flight manager collapsed 22 minutes into the match and was rushed to hospital.

After a brief suspension as Zizovic was treated, the game resumed before referee Jovan Segrt abandoned the game in the 40th minute after the devastating news of Zizovic’s passing reached the ground.
Footage of the upsetting moment saw players collapsing on the pitch in tears as both sets of players and coaches comforted each other on the pitch.
Upon the referee’s whistle, it became clear that Zizovic was unable to be saved, seeing players initially put their hands on their heads in shock before breaking down.
Coaches from both dugouts were in tears and had to be comforted by their friends and colleagues while players from both teams were seen sprawled out on the pitch.
Cameras continued rolling, capturing heartbroken players in tears while others remained in shock, taking time to process the news and reflect on their own.
Zizovic, father to three children, was capped twice by Bosnia and Herzegovina and spent all of his playing career in either his homeland or Albania.
He only joined Radnicki 1923 in October, with his final match just his third game in charge. Zizovic previously managed Bosnian side FK Borac in the Conference League last season
A statement from the Serbian FA said: “The Football Association of Serbia has received with deep sorrow and disbelief the news of the sudden death of FK Radnički 1923 coach Mladen Žižović.
"Who passed away at the age of 44 during the Mozzart Bet Super League of Serbia match between Mladost and Radnički 1923 in Lučani. His untimely departure represents a tremendous loss for the entire football community.
“The Football Association of Serbia expresses its deepest condolences to the Žižović family, the members of FK Radnički 1923, as well as all friends and admirers of his character and work.
“Rest in peace, Mladen. Your love for football and the legacy you left behind will remain with us forever.”
Serbian giants Partizan Belgrade added: “With sadness, we received the news that Radnicki's coach from Kragujevac, Mladen Zizovic, has suddenly passed away. Our sincere condolences to the family, friends, and club.”
While Red Star Belgrade said: "FK Crvena Zvezda expresses its deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mladen Žižović, as well as to the members of FK Radnički 1923. Rest in peace, Mladen."
